A Pick Summary is a downloadable PDF that consolidates item and carton information across one or more selected batches (a batch = a group of labels purchased together). It helps warehouse teams see total quantities, pick efficiently, and confirm carton counts without reviewing each batch individually.
What's included
- SKU Summary — SKU, Item Description, Total Quantity. Same SKU across multiple batches is combined into one line (e.g., SKU 123 across 3 batches shows one combined total).
- Carton Summary — Carton Name, Total Quantity, aggregated across batches with the same name.
- Batches Included — list of Batch IDs and Names, so you can verify which batches fed the report.
How to generate one
- Go to the Batch Table.
- Select one or more batches.
- Click Actions (top dropdown).
- Choose Generate Pick Summary.
- The PDF generates and downloads automatically.
When to use it
Picking for multiple batches at once, needing consolidated totals instead of batch-by-batch review, giving the warehouse a clean packing reference, or verifying carton quantities before fulfillment.
