Cancellation works at two levels: individual Order Shipments, or the entire Order.
Cancelling an Order Shipment
Use this to cancel a specific shipment without cancelling the whole order.
From the shipment record: Open the shipment → Cancel Shipment → Confirm → review the cancellation summary → Confirm.
From the shipment table (bulk): Select one or more shipments → Cancel Shipment → Confirm.
You'll see a summary: Voided Labels — X, Cancelled Shipments — X.
What happens: all labels for that shipment are voided, tracking numbers cancelled, status → Cancelled. The shipment can no longer re-run workflow or create a new label. The order itself stays Complete even if all its shipments are cancelled.
To uncancel a shipment: Open the cancelled shipment (or select multiple) → Uncancel Shipment → Confirm. The shipment re-runs through workflow and a new label can be generated (previous labels aren't restored). Note: you can only uncancel a shipment if the order itself isn't cancelled.
Cancelling an Order
Use this when the entire order should be cancelled.
From the order record: Open the order → Cancel Order → Confirm → review summary → Confirm.
From the order table (bulk): Select order(s) → Cancel Order → Confirm.
You'll see: Cancelled Shipments — X, Cancelled Orders — X.
What happens: all associated shipments move to Cancelled, all labels voided, all tracking numbers cancelled, order status → Cancelled.
⚠️ You cannot cancel an order if any shipment is currently in a batch.
To uncancel an order: Open the cancelled order (or select multiple) → Uncancel Order → Confirm. Previous cancelled shipment records are removed, the order workflow re-runs, and new shipments/labels are created (previous labels not restored).
