How to Void Labels

You can void labels at two levels: individual orders, or an entire batch.

To void specific orders' labels

1. Select the order(s) you want to void.
2. Click Actions (top right) → Void Label.
3. Review the summary showing how many labels will be voided.
4. Click Submit and Close.
5. Labels are now voided — order(s) show "Order Shipment was voided." Orders can be edited and reprocessed.

To void an entire batch of labels

1. Navigate to the batch you want to void.
2. Click Actions (top right) → Void Label.
3. Review the summary.
4. Click Submit and Close.
5. The batch status changes to Voided, and all associated orders show "Order Shipment was voided." Orders can now be edited and reprocessed.
