As a client, you may frequently want to view information on your inventory in our warehouses. You can view the availability of each item you have, and be alerted if any of your item’s demand exceeds available stock. Inventory within ColdTrack Live consists of 2 main buckets: Out of Stock Summary Report and Items. Both of these can be found in the “Inventory” section of the left hand navigation menu within ColdTrack Live.
Out of Stock Summary Report
The Out of Stock Summary Report shows which SKUs are out of stock, separated by warehouse location. The SKU information includes: SKU, Description, WMS ATP, Demand Pending WMS Release, and OMS ATP. If you select any of the values within the “Out of Stock SKUs” section, you will be navigated to an Item Inventory Table that lists the out of stock SKUs in the row selected:
There is a section for each warehouse and information on any out of stock SKUs. If you click on the value within any of the individual warehouse columns, it will open the Item Inventory Record for that SKU:

Items
Holds Information on Items, Kits, and Substitutions. You can click any of the sections to open a table view of the information.
- Items: Show data on Items and Item Inventory for each warehouse:
- Kits: Show Data on Kits and Kit Components (Items within the kit). If you want to view components within a Kit, you can select “Kit” and select the Kit that you want to view. You will see a Kit Record open with the kit component information:
You can also select “Kit Component” to reference a list of Kit Components along with their corresponding Kit.
- Substitutions: Show data on Item Substitution Plan and Item Substitution Plan Option. Substitutions can be made if you want to substitute one item for another item that meets certain criteria or demand needed. A Substitution Option is an item that can take the place of the original item. Selecting these will navigate you to a corresponding table:
