The Out of Stock Summary Dashboard shows which SKUs are out of stock within each warehouse location. If there are no out of stock SKUs, you will see a message stating that there are no out of stock SKUs for a specific warehouse. There is a sync schedule that runs every 5 minutes, which refreshes the data visible within the dashboard.

To open the dashboard, go to the left-hand navigation menu, select the Inventory dropdown, and select “Out of Stock Summary”. You can also navigate to the dashboard by using the Quick Navigation Menu and searching “Out of Stock Summary”.
Information in the Dashboard
Out of Stock SKUs
Within this top section, you can see all of the warehouses that hold your product and if there are any Out of Stock SKUs:
If you click on any of the values for the warehouse, you will be navigated to an Inventory Table for that warehouse. The table will have pre-set filters relating to the row you selected. You will see a row for each out of stock item and that item’s information:
Individual Warehouse Out of Stock SKUs
The item information included in the dashboard: SKU, Description, WMS ATP, Demand Pending WMS Release, and OMS ATP. All of this information is taken into consideration when making calculations to categorize your out of stock SKUs:
- SKU: Stock Keeping Unit
- Description: Description or name of the Item
- WMS ATP: Warehouse Management System Available to Promise (What the WMS says is in stock and not pending)
- Demand Pending WMS Release: All quantities that will be unavailable once current orders push (In progress orders)
- OMS ATP: Order Management System Available to Promise (in other words what ColdTrack has Available to Purchase. The equation used to calculate OMS ATP is: WMS ATP - Demand Pending WMS Release = OMS ATP)
Within the individual warehouse cards, if you click on the value within any of the columns it will open the Item Inventory Record for that SKU.
Item Inventory Record
The Item Inventory Record holds all information about a specific item’s inventory, broken down into: Identity, Status, Inventory Levels, and Dates. There is a Quick Navigation menu on the left of the dashboard to quickly take you to one of these sections. For more information on the Item Inventory Record, reference the Inventory Table Article!
