A Kit is a collection of items that will be shipped together. Each item within a kit is called a “Kit Component”. Kits are used to easily bundle multiple components that are meant to be packed together.
- For Example: If two items are always packed together under a certain condition, rather than add each individual item to the order, you can add the items as kit components to the kit. This way, you only need to add the kit to the order and save time!
Where are Kits and Kit Components located?
From the left-hand navigation menu, select the “Inventory” dropdown and click “Items”:
Under “Kits” and “Data”, select “Kit” to navigate you to a Kit Table, or “Kit Component” to navigate you to a Kit Component Table.
You can also navigate to these sections by using the Quick Navigation Menu and searching “Kit” or “Kit Component”.

Each row within the table represents a single kit. If you select the Id within the table, you will be navigated to that individual Kit Record.

The Kit Record shows all of the information on the kit within a record view. This includes all of the information that was within the kit table, as well as a list of the kit components within that kit. You can select any of the Kit Component Ids to navigate to that Kit Component Record.

Adjusting the Tables
