A Kit is a collection of items that will be shipped together. Each item within a kit is called a “Kit Component”. Kits are used to easily bundle components that you want packed together on more than one occurrence.
- For Example: You want to pack the following item SKUs together on a fairly regular basis: “CHICKEN-LEG” and “TURKEY-LEG”. Rather than add each individual item to your orders every time, you can add the two items to a kit as kit components. A kit has its own SKU, referred to frequently as a “Kit Header”. In this instance, we can call it “MEAT-BUNDLE”. This way, you only need to add the SKU “MEAT-BUNDLE” to the order rather than “CHICKEN-LEG” and “TURKEY-LEG” to save time!
- For Example: You regularly sell quantities of 10 of the CHICKEN-LEG SKU at a time. Rather than needing to add a quantity of 10 to the order, you set them to CHICKEN-LEG-BUNDLE and only send the single line item with a quantity of 1

Where are Kits and Kit Components located?
There are two ways to navigate to the Kits and Kit Component tables:
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select the “Inventory” dropdown and then “Items”.
- Under “Kits” and “Data”, select “Kit” to navigate you to the Kit Table, or “Kit Component” to navigate you to the Kit Component Table:
- You can navigate to these sections by using the Quick Navigation Menu and searching “Kit” or “Kit Component”:

- For Example: The SKU “CHICKEN-LEG” has been added to two kits, KIT002 and KIT003. You can see that the SKU is listed twice, once for each kit that it is included within:
Adjusting the Tables
There are a few ways to interact with the tables to adjust the data within them:

- For Example: If you only want to view kit components for a specific kit, you can add a filter on the “Kit” field to narrow down the data within the table to only that specific kit:

- Sorting can be used to sort the rows by a certain kit or kit component field:
