The Order and Shipment Overview Dashboard allows you to quickly view key shipment metrics for a given week.
- Note: Data in the Order & Shipment Overview Dashboard shows a mix of Order and Parcel-based data while the Operations Overview is strictly orders-based. The purpose of the Operations Overview is to show you how your orders in a ship week progress through the optimization, fulfillment and delivery process, while the Order & Shipment Dashboard shows the same data for orders, but displays shipments, exceptions, and carrier performance and status at the parcel level. Dashboard Location
To open the dashboard, go to the left-hand navigation menu. Open the “Dashboards” dropdown and select Order & Shipment Overview. You can also use Quick Navigation to access the dashboard.
Adjusting the Dashboard
You can filter your dashboard to only look at a specific warehouse as well as adjust the week for the dashboard data by using the dropdowns above the charts.
Using the Dashboard
For a given week, you can view the number of Orders, Parcel Shipments and their status, and any Parcel Exceptions in the interactive charts at the top. Clicking on a visual element of any of these charts will open the corresponding table filtered on that data category (e.g. clicking ‘Exceptions’ within ‘Shipments’ will take you to the shipments table filtered to ‘Exceptions’).
The same ‘Orders’ and ‘Shipments’ data from the charts can be viewed in table form below with additional info, along with a ‘Carriers’ tab view. Column values in these tables are deep-linked to the underlying table records, filtered on the data point you selected. You can select any numeric column values that are not percentages.
- Orders: Shows whether orders have shipped or not, split out across each warehouse (or a single warehouse if a warehouse filter is applied above).
- Shipments: Shows the parcel statuses as rows with the counts of shipments for each status (and if applicable, a status can be expanded to show early and late deliveries).
- Carriers: Shows the counts of shipments and corresponding exceptions/exclusions for each carrier service type, along with Delivery Rate and On Time Performance percentages.
