- Id: The unique identifier for the parcel in ColdTrack Live. This is the one of two CTL specific numbers in this table.
- Delivery Date Time: The exact date and time the parcel was delivered.
- Status: The current status of the shipment (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered (On Time), Delivered (Late)).
- Automation Status: The status associated with the automated steps running in the background. Actions which “automatically” run against records in tables, when they are either Inserted, or Updated.
- Billing Date: The date when the parcel billing was processed.
- Billing Ledger Activity: If blank, ledger billing is N/A. If not blank will link to the records assigned to the client’s current billing period.
- Carrier: The shipping company responsible for transporting the parcel (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
- Carrier Service: The specific service level used for shipping (e.g., Ground, Overnight).
- Carrier Tracker Id: The ID for specific carrier services for tracking. Currently only applies to specific accounts on Jitsu (Axelhire) tracking.
- Carton Type: The name of the box used for the shipment. (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).
- Client: The name of the customer or business sending the parcel.
- Create Billing Ledger Activity Status: The code associated with Create Billing Ledger Activity Status - will be blank until billing ledgers are complete.
- Create Billing Ledger Activity Status Reason: Reason associated with the billing ledger activity status creation.This will be blank until billing ledgers are complete.
- Create Date: The day the parcel was created within CTL.
- Dimension Units: The unit of measurement used for package dimensions (e.g., inches, centimeters).
- Dimension Units Name: The abbreviation of the Dimension units (e.g., in, cm).
- Easypost Tracker Id: A unique tracking ID assigned by the Easypost system. This may not be the same as your tracking number.
- Estimated Delivery Date Time: The projected date and time the parcel is expected to be delivered.
- External System Create Date: The date the record was created in your shopping cart - or system of origin.
- Height: The height of the parcel in the specified dimension units.
- Length: The length of the parcel in the specified dimension units.
- Modify Date: The last time the parcel was modified.
- Order: The CTL order number associated with the parcel. You may see this number multiple times if the order was packed with multiple parcels.
- Outbound Scanned Tracking Number: The tracking number scanned when the parcel left the warehouse.
- Parcel Invoice Line: The associated carrier invoice line item.
- Parcel Tracking Status: The current status of the parcel (e.g., In Transit, Delivered).
- Parcel Tracking Status Reason: The reason for the parcel’s current tracking status.
- Residential: Indicates whether the shipping address is a residential location (Yes/No).
- Ship Date: The date the parcel was shipped from the warehouse.
- Ship From Address 1: The primary street address of the shipment's origin.
- Ship From Address 2: Additional address details for the shipment’s origin.
- Ship From City: The city from where the parcel was shipped.
- Ship From Company: The company name associated with the shipment's origin.
- Ship From Country: The country from where the parcel was shipped.
- Ship From Name: The name of the sender.
- Ship From State: The state or province from where the parcel was shipped.
- Ship From Zip: The postal/ZIP code of the shipment's origin.
- Ship From Time Zone: The time zone of the shipment's origin.
- Ship To Address 1: The primary street address of the recipient.
- Ship To Address 2: Additional address details for the recipient.
- Ship To City: The city where the parcel is being delivered.
- Ship To Company: The company name associated with the recipient.
- Ship To Country: The country where the parcel is being delivered.
- Ship To Name: The name of the recipient.
- Ship To State: The state or province of the recipient’s address.
- Ship To Zip: The postal/ZIP code of the recipient.
- Ship To Time Zone: The time zone of the recipient’s location.
- SLA Actual First Attempted Delivery Date Time: The recorded date and time from the carrier of the first attempted delivery under the SLA.
- SLA Expected First Attempted Delivery Date Time: The expected date and time of the first attempted delivery based on Expected Delivery Days.
- SLA Expected Service Days: The expected number of days for delivery under the SLA. Service days are carrier business days in which they service the zip of the parcel.
- SLA Actual Service Days: The exact number of service days that passed between the carrier's initial scan of this parcel and the first attempted delivery date.
- SLA Status: The current SLA performance status (e.g., Success, Failure, Early).
- SLA First Carrier Scan Date Time: The first scan recorded by the carrier for the parcel.
- SLA Is Guaranteed: Indicates whether the SLA has a carrier guarantee of delivery within a certain timeframe (Yes/No).
- Status Category: A high-level classification of the parcel’s status (e.g., Delivered Successfully, In Transit, Exception).
- System Generated Tracking Number: The tracking number generated by the label system. This is 99% of the time the same as the “tracking number” column.
- Tracking No: The parcel’s tracking number (carrier-provided or system-generated).
- Warehouse: The facility from which the parcel was shipped.
- Weight: The weight of the parcel.
- Weight Units: The unit of measurement for weight (e.g., pounds, kilograms).
- Width: The width of the parcel in the specified dimension units.
- Zone: The shipping zone code based on the carrier service and origin and destination of the parcel.
Note: If you were exporting or importing you may see two columns for certain headers:
- Reference Number: A code referencing the Field Name for CTL. This will always be a number and you will rarely see this code in tables in app.
- Field Name: The typed description of the Field, often what you see in CTL.
Note: Parcels and Orders are not always 1:1 in the system. If your order was packed in multiple boxes, you will see more Parcels than Orders.
